Fennell's (R.E. Fennell Co., Inc.) terms of sale.

Warranty:
We warrant all items from defect unless otherwise stated that the specific item is an irregular piece being sold on an "as-is" basis. Because many of our own products as well as those of our other suppliers are often handmade and are of a natural product such as leather, we will not be held responsible for any action a horse might take that causes damage or breakage to the product or the rider. (Leather is meant to break to prevent injury to a horse.)

Returns:
We accept returns for most items. Non-returnable exceptions include but are not limited to: engraved nameplates, closeout items, final sale items, customized items or any other item that is identified as such in the actual item's description on this web site. We cannot accept for return or exchange any item that has been used, altered or otherwise put in a non-resaleable condition. We realize that some items may need to be tried on for fit on either you or your horse. Please make every effort to be gentle in buckling and unbuckling leather as we can not accept for return an item which has been overly creased or folded back rendering it slightly used. Do realize that even though a personalized nameplate may be attached to your leather product, we are able to accept returns which are in otherwise new condition and only need the nameplate moved to a different color or size. Our charge for that is currently $8.50 and can be handled offline through return mail. Some items (checkbook covers, pad covers) can not be returned since the nameplate is attached before the product is assembled. Please contact us if you are unsure about the returnability of any such product.
